My why
Let me introduce myself, my name is Adam.
I’m an online health & fitness professional who has helped 100’s of people completely transform their lives, reshape their mindset & become a happier, healthier version of themselves.
I got into this industry because at one point in my life I was at rock bottom, in the depths of depression I hit an all time low & my life was going down a very ropey path..
I was never a sporty kid, never done any kind of physical exercise & my nutrition & health was extremely poor to say the least.
Getting into exercise & looking after my health physically & mentally has completely transformed my life, it gave me purpose, some thing to wake up to in the mornings so I decided I wanted so share the same principles that i’ve learned over the years to help others like us, completely change their mindset, their belief systems & their relationship with food so they can live a happier more fulfilled life!
Up until I was 21 years old I had the worst lifestyle habits that you can imagine, I never exercised, lived off quick & easy foods that weren’t satisfying & quickly drove me to becoming very unhappy & unhealthy. I was a university drop out with a drinking problem who had nothing going for him, When I got home I fell into the depths of depression and it made my life a living hell, I never thought there was going to be a way out.
but getting into shape mentally & physically and getting into a routine of regular exercise completely changed everything for me. I tried every extreme diet, and crazy exercise routine with the hope of getting in shape only to always end up burning myself out & getting nowhere.. I developed a very poor relationship with food, ate extremely restrictive amounts of calories for almost a year & living an extremely restricted lifestyle. No takeaways, no chocolate, no bread. No enjoyment whatsoever..
When I decided to get into the fitness industry, I had a passion light in my heart and a desire to help as many people as possible who’ve been in a similar situation to what I was to not make any of the same mistakes that I did and overcome their biggest challenges surrounding food & their mindset.
I’ve helped 100’s of people over the last 5 years, improve their relationship with food, ditch the extreme diets & crazy methods to live a more simple, fulfilled & happier life that’s sustainable through the development of healthier habits & a stronger mindset.

I’m an extremely passionate coach whos ready to do everything it takes to give you everything you need to help you succeed long term.
I’ve been in coaching industry for the past 5 years now.
I’m always striving to further my knowledge & education surrounding all things mindset, nutrition, health & fitness to make sure that the clients that I work with have the most up to date information, with unmatched support to help them excel at achieving their goals.
I want to help you understand how you can finally break the dieting cycle forever, and find an approach that’s sustainable, that fits INTO your lifestyle instead of BECOMING your life.
