I joined your Adam Donald Fitness 12-week programme and all I can say is it is amazing.
Adam is a terrific coach who has supported me on my journey. I am a buys single parent with a demanding full-time job, I have limited time to go to the gym, but Adam adapted the programme so I can work out at home in my own time.
After the 1st 6 weeks completed i had lost weight & measurements dropped massively, my fitness was improving, and my energy levels increased dramatically as i took on walking for an hour every day and my confidence in myself has doubled.
Adam is so approachable, a great listener and understands the challenges and distractions we all deal with in life, but still encourages and instils the importance of putting your nutrition and health on the priority list.

Want to thank Adam for all his support and guidance over the past 12 weeks! I needed to lose weight after recently having 2 children. Adam has provided me with motivation, support, accountability and nutritional guidance over the past few months.
I only workout twice a week but I have 3.5 inches off my stomach where I carried most my weight and just shy of 1 stone off the scales. I still have a long way to go but im so pleased with my results so far!
I like that Adam is realistic in his expectations and doesn't make you feel guilty when youve had a 'bad' day or weekend. Instead he promotes a positive mindset and relationship with food and encourages you to stay consistent rather than 'give up or start fresh on Monday'. This has really helped me to stay on track!
